We, Nicola and Peter, produce free range pork in Yorkshire.
Our pork is ready for you to cook in your kitchen.
Your pork will be couriered overnight in chilled/insulated packaging.
A quarter pig includes individually wrapped and labelled leg, shoulder, belly, chops and packs of sausages.
Our sausages are made with pork, some fat, a little bread, salt and pepper.
Our pork may have a bit more fat on that you're used to but proper pork does! The old saying goes that 'fat is flavour' and it's true. You don't need to eat the fat, but it locks in a great taste.
