Freezing Meat

Freezing your meat for use at a later date is easy to do. Lots of our customers buy packs of joints for their freezer - and save money buying that way.

Of course to have a great selection of pork and hogget (lamb) at home you need the space.

The picture on the right shows half a hogget taking up one shelf in our freezer. A pork quarter pack would fit in the same space with a joint to spare. The shelf measures 34 x 40 x 14cm.

Every joint we sell is wrapped in plastic ready to be frozen. We also label the joints so you'll know what's what.

Eat meat and animal fats, buy the best you can.
